Good morning. Hope your weekend went well. Mine was pretty good, aside from some difficulty scheduling the CFUR playlist over the weekend. If you noticed any problems– my fault. I promise to do better.
This website is pretty much wrapped up, though I am still looking at making it a little more user-friendly. One thing I’d really like to do is embed the live feed on the website without having to open a new window or reload it every time you navigate elsewhere in the site. I’m sure it has something to do with iframes and flash and possibly ajax, but really, I don’t know. So if there are any techies out there looking for a challenge– drop me a line.
I’m going to keep on working on the podcast thing, adding more shows as I’m able. If you have a show on CFUR, make sure you get in touch with me about how to add your show to the podcast lineup.
I’m also perusing the blog of James Cridland, a “radio futurologist” who basically travels the world visiting radio stations and writing about what works, and what doesn’t. Oh, and there’s a cool event that we’re working on. I don’t want to say too much before all the organization is taken care of, but stay tuned….
