Prince George Junk In The Trunk!
The Recycling and Environmental Action Planning Society is throwing Prince George's largest garage sale at Junk In The Trunk this Saturday, April 29, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. They have also partnered with Tire Stewardship to collect people's old residential tires to be recycled and repurposed into playground surfaces or ice rink dressing room floors within BC. So come down to the CN Center parking lot at 2187 Ospika Blvd this Saturday to donate your old tires and find hidden treasures at the largest garage sale in Prince George!
City of Prince George Spring Clean Up Event!!
The City of Prince George is holding their annual Spring Clean Up event this weekend, Sunday, April 30, 2023, and they are inviting you to join in on the fun and clean up the garbage lying around our streets. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the weather this weekend is supposed to be beautiful, so If you're out doing things, why not take a little time this Sunday and clean up Prince George's parks, school yards, streets and walking trails? If you want to get a head start while still exploring our beautiful trails, PG Park and Trails Day are on Saturday, the 29th.
