A project that fights for prevention of overdose and helps out with employment and housing for the street folks of downtown in Prince George. This project was started in 2018, but wasn’t approved for a grant, so the employees were making sacrifices to help out those in need.
Unfortunately, due to some financial complications the project is temporary closing. You have a chance to put in a great impact and help out the community. Help out to keep the project alive by donating some money at info@thepoundsproject.com by e-transfer.
The BC Ministry of Education and Childcare – Student Learning Branch has warmly embraced and accepted the Dakelh Ghunek - Dakelh Language Curriculum, signifying a momentous milestone in the revitalization efforts of the Dakelh language. In light of this accomplishment, the Dakelh Curriculum Development steering committee is delighted to announce and invite partners and stakeholders to a modest celebratory gathering.
