Bruce Wayne Lambright, better known as Bruce Wayne, has spent the better part of a year attending and familiarizing himself with City Hall proceedings ahead of running for a City of Prince George Council position. Working in a variety of fields such as distribution & logistics through Coco-Cola and Vankam Freightways, and also BCLC operations with the local Treasure Cove casino, and regional Billy Barker and Chances casinos. He’s also ventured into entrepreneurship with JDL Customs, and participated in the Prince George Chamber of Commerce. Being a parent of four has been a component in motivating him to run for Council.
Wayne indicated a frustration with the City Council falling short of consensus on important issues. He wants to put motions and resolutions forward than can get the needed votes, in order to accelerate action. Among other beliefs informing public safety initiatives, he’d like more data to better inform those decisions and enable effective communication. A feature shared amongst several candidates, including Bruce Wayne, is a vexation over taxation.
Wayne answered CFURadio’s questions that were developed upon considering feedback from our audience survey, live on-air. He hopes others share his desire for consequential action on Prince George City Council during our Municipal Elections on October 17th, 2026.
In collaboration with CFIS 93.1FM, CFURadio 88.7FM held an All Candidates Forum for Mayoral and Council candidates the evening of Thursday October 8th, 2026. The forum’s audio is posted on www.cfur.ca and available on FrequencyNews.ca.
CFURadio is striving to conduct, and share, interviews with every City Council & Mayoral candidate running in the City of Prince George’s 2026 Municipal Election.
