On the 26th of July three rocking artists will be hitting the Legions Stage. Parlour Panther, Hatchey the Mouthpiece, and This Way North are going to rock the stage from 8PM to Midnight.
Parlour Panther is an Indie Rock band originally from East Vancouver that create songs full of electric guitars, synths, and powerful vocals inspired by the resistance of Queer communities. Many of their lyrics come from those struggles and the love and strength required to overcome.
Hachey the Mouthpeace is a beatbox artist who uses live looping, exotic synths, and a vocoder to create a truly memorable show. His music won him the 2013 Much Music BeatBox Championship along with the 2012 Hamilton Music Awards
Finally, This Way North is a duo that gives shows that are combine groove based, dynamic power drumming with swampy slide guitar, slimmed down soul vocals and compelling alt- pop melodies. They create an explosive sound rarely realised by just two artists on stage
